     He is an author of two (2) books entitled “Insurance and Pre-Need 555”,555 Relevant Questions and Answers and Takes notes on the Insurance Code and Pre-Need Code of the Philippines,2022 Edition (Central Bookstore) and  “Ethics 300”,  300 Relevant Questions and Answers in Legal  and Judicial Ethics. A Pre-Week Companion, 2021 Edition(Central Bookstore).

     He was designated as Regional Coordinator for Asia, Access to Insurance Initiative(A2ii) from January  to December 2021.

     He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1995.

A Grantee, of the Starr Foundation Scholarships & Institute of International Education (IIE),New York, New York, U.S.A.in 1992-1995. He took his Bachelor of Laws at the Arellano University in 2002. He attended the Executive Master in Disaster Risks and Crisis Management (EMDRCM) under Stephen Zuellig Graduate School of Developmental Management at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) as the Pioneer Batch of 2019-2020, Grant in Aid Scholar. He is currently enrolled in Master in Cybersecurity (MCS) , under Washington Sycip Graduate School of Business at the AIM from 2022 -2024.

      He also worked previously as a Board Member of  All Nations Security and Investigation Services, Chairman of the Board of Loyola Plans Consolidated, Inc., Consultant at the Office of Senator Aquilino “Koko” DL. Pimentel III, Senate of the Philippines, Consultant at the Office of Commissioner Antonio T. Kho,Jr. Commission on Elections(COMELEC). He was an Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Director for Bar Review Program, Institute of Law at San Sebastian College Recoletos. Bar Reviewer in Legal and Judicial Ethics and Commercial Law, also a Lecturer of Legal and Judicial Ethics, Member of Law Faculty at the San Sebastian College, UP Law Center, Arellano University, De La Salle University, just to name a few.
