He is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of successful sales-management and business-building records. He demonstrated a history of successfully building, motivating, and leading talented teams and sales agents to exceed quotas and significantly increase in performance. Skilled at growing the business with emphasis on increasing new accounts and decreasing the operational expense ratios of offices he handled.  Adept in coming up with strategies for the company to execute, he implemented improvements in business processes, particularly, sales processes. Excellent in oral and written communication skills,  able to develop strong business relationships with co-workers and agents, outstanding interpersonal skills and an expert at developing human assets in encouraging employees and agents to assume higher levels of responsibility.

Previously, he was connected with BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corporation and assumed the positions as VP-Head of Segment Management, VP–Head of Advisor Productivity, VP – Director of Agencies.

He also joined PruLife of UK as the VP - Sales Director North Philippines, Insular Life as SAVP- Sales Division Head, Regus Business Centre as Area Director and lastly, he was also with Philam Plans as SAVP - Territory Head and VP- Head of Sales.
